History of the League 

The 2008 season was the inaugural season as an L.B.A. (Lakeshore Baseball Association) affiliate. 


Mission Statement 

The L.S.B.L. encourages a team entry format into the league but it will also accept players on an individual basis if room in the league permits it to do so. 

The L.S.B.L. plays approximately 20 regular season games, followed by league playoffs. 

The L.S.B.L. has as its objectives fun, fair play and participation. The competitive aspects of the sport of baseball are encouraged, but, not at the expense of the league’s stated objectives. 

This document sets out the operating policies and the playing rules for the Lakeshore Senior Baseball League, hereafter referred to as the L.S.B.L.
